Can you go to the Collection Renderer associated with the Layout Set for the iView. In the Collection Renderer, you would have a Command Set/Command Group. You will find commands there. Regarding the difference in behaviour in different environments, you might need to compare the layout sets in both environments. Check the below thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3353577
