How you differentiate stock of 300 quantity between 250 quantities and 50quantities?

Better usesplit valuation and create reservation with valuation type(V1) and reserve the stock of 250 quantities- as & when required you can issue with reservation number. Later you can issue balance other 50 quantities with another valuation type(V2)
