Sorry, we've been using the trail key on a dev server  to test the upgrade before we migrate from the old server.

The link provided - I've no idea where i'd need to go on, selecting Request a key doesn't really help either. I can click this "Analytics Solutions from SAP - Temporary License Key" but that just goes to an error..
