Cost Center in PM order

Hello all,

I have a confusion related to assignment of cost center in PM order and PM master data.

Suppose in equipment master data i have maintained a cost center(1000). Now I would like to generate a order and in this order if I will assign other cost center say 2000 then in which cost center, this cost of order will get settle & why? and what is role of cost center 1000 in this order?.

Also how can I see the cost of orders at cost center level?. And I would like to display the cost of order in a cost center where it gets settle.
