Vendor Evaluation- Defaluting criterian score as 1 instead of 0.

We have configured vendor evaluation for our client. We have 6 criterion to evaluate vendors.

1. Price ( Automatic )          - 30

2, Quality ( Automatic )       -15

3. Delivery ( Automatic )     - 15

4. Service ( Automatic )      - 20

5. Auditing ( Manual )          - 10

6. ISI/ ISO- Standards ( Manual ) - 10

Based on Unequal weightage the scores are calculated. Consider if the scores for all 6 criterion are maintained, then the overall score is exactly okay.

Whereas the scores for service ( let the score be 100 ) alone maintained, then score should come only 20 % in overall evaluation. but its coming as 100 in overall evaluation.

Now we want to maintain 1 as a default score in vendor evaluation for all criterion where the score is maintained as zero. Is it possible???
