I was able to get the graphs to show. Her is what I did

1. Create Timer (Technical Components in 1.6).
2. On the Time's "On Timer" even, call PDF.exportApplicationScreen();  and PDF.exportApplicationScreen() and  APPLICATION.doBackgroundProcessing();  function
3. Hide the button's, dropdown selection on the Button "On Click" event and then
4. Call Timer.Start() function right after hiding controls

I still have issues where the SVG is not fully rendered yet (the stacked bars are not aligned) . The issues seems to be the amount of time it takes the browser to repaint the SVG component being slow. Any suggestion for getting around this issue?
