please chnage the RFC destination name to "XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_DESTINATION_<ERP SID>",  .

This XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_DESTINATION will be used for Sender IDoc channel and same is used to send acknowledgement to ECC i think that processed message came like that.
