Marty, see attached for our COBRA dependent process for these issues. However, this process is dependent on using the initial COBRA event collection and Letter Generation transactions (Transactions HRBENUSCOB01 and HRBENUSCOB02)to create the IT211 for COBRA eligibility (we then outsource the remainder of the COBRA process to a vendor).

Hopefully this is helpful to those who do the first part of the process in SAP as described.
