Suggest me Push Work Order config changes in Customer Service....!

Hi Team ,

            Currently we are using Work Manager with customer service application in our project .We are using Operation level Assignment Type-2.

Can any one suggest me the push work order config changes need to do in the config panel .......

Kindly give me the suggestion over here team.
