Re: Leave Travel Allowance

Hi,

Some of pre-requisite for LTA.

1. Leave type (Earned leave/Ordinary Leave/Privileged leave). I think no separate leave type required. You can use same leave type mentioned .

2. Employee must be on leave during journey Period.

3. Tax code for LTA and Block for LTA.

4. Exception Code (LTA) available in standard.

For Validation BAdis

PTARQ-> Customizing -> ESS-> Benefits and Payments-> Country Specific-> Advance Claims. -> BADi

Display of Request: Report - HINUACRP, T Code: HRPBSIN_AC_ACRP

Posting of Request: Report - HINUINFU, T Code : HRPBSIN_AC_INFU

Standard workflow is available.

For Multiple approval, use Badi Next approver.
