As per the instructions given by both Tania, you can use date type 'N0' in the infotype 41 record.  HOWEVER, please keep in mind that N0 will only restrict your tax projection till ONE MONTH before the termination date saved within it.  Once you have to run the payroll for the termination month, you HAVE to make sure that the Termination action for this employee is present in Actions Infotype otherwise the projection will revert to the normal yearly one.

To reiterate, if you use Date type N0 for a future dated termination, you can ignore Actions infotype till ONE MONTH before the termination period.  But once you have to run the termination period's payroll, you should make sure that the Termination Action is present in the Actions infotype.
