Expert Rules - Secondary Data determination

Hi all,

I Hope all are doing well.

Now I just want to learn about the Expert Rules functionality & servers, I will built them scratch anybody worked on expert rules can provide some useful links .... cause I'm beginner in this Expert Rules I have idea but I dint get chance to work on the system point of view.

KG I think your frequently discussed in this, please can you provide me some links if you succeeded on this.
