PSS getting message “You can change your password only once a day”

Hello,

We trying to reset password from PSS multiple time in GRC 10.1 SP11 for connector system.

If user use the password make the productive one again user try to reset password on same day getting error as as you can change your password only once a day.

Kindly advice.
