Error Log for Production Orders

Hello SAP Gurus,

     We are doing the following month end activities :

1. Closing the production orders from TECO Status and marking deletion flags from CLSD status.

2. Post Processing Error Records from COFC and COGI.

Now in above cases we cannot get error messages at every level like for example if I run for 10 Production Orders for marking the status to CLSD from TECO and suppose only 6 closed .. Now how to get the logs for 4 production orders. I need to go individually to each production order and check log for error. In real time it is more than 10000 Production Orders..

Is there any T.code available for the same on above mentioned 2 activities for getting logs in mass or we need to go Z development.
