Why user defined inspection types won't work?

Dear All,

I'm using SAP ECC 6.0 and I have a question about QM module configuration.When I tried to use some user-defined inspection types instead of the default for certain reasons,I copied 01 to z1,05 to z5,and so on.Then I added those newly defined inspection types to the same inspection lot origins of their copy models.After that,I made some tests,e.g.,stock posting for a purchase order.But,to my surprise,no inspection lot has been created.

who can tell me why it is?thank you in advance.
