How to find Work order/Notifications list which is having attachments

Hi Friends,

Users have attached attachments in Work order,notifications ,Equipment and FLOC as well, now i would like to view how many orders/notifications and Equipment/FLOC have attachments,do we have any specific t.codes or tables available or else how to get the data however do we have any method or way to view the Gage of the file size.
