I got to know where the issue is but don't know how to proceed.

While creating a new request and collecting objects, I saw that unwanted files which I had deleted earlier are also showing up in conversion files and Transformation files. Please see below screenshot where yellow marked conversion files were deleted earlier which are still showing up here. Also, I unchecked those files and tried to release the request but system is giving the same error.

How should we deleted below marked files BPC server because we already deleted these files from EPM Addins -> Coversion files -> Manage Conversion files 2 months ago and it doesn't exist anymore but it is still showing while collecting objects which is throwing this error.
