Can you try below

1) Create objects

          UK FY Start Date

          UK FY End Date

          Portugal FY Start Date

          Portugal FY End Date

2) Create conditional object like

case when Country='UK' then table.date between "UK FY Start Date" and @prompt

when Country ='Portugal' then table.date between "Portugal FY Start Date" and @prompt

end
