please check about decision making process type which will be helpful in your case.

please search and find it related docs/pdfs form google search.

in that decision making process you need to define conditions/routine/formula as per your requirement.

Other wise, your chain for day how many times going to run?

for example its going to run 10 times then you can create 9 jobs(excluded 9am job) which can run  9 times in a day.

You can copy the existing job and change their timings and set to schedule.
